Photopolymer Plates

MARKEM provides steel backed water wash, Aqua 1, photopolymer and a steel backed Alcohol Wash photopolymer plates, coated with a UV sensitive polymer. Plates come in a variety of sizes, for use in nearly all pad printing equipment. The plates provide consistent quality and excellent performance in a low cost production plate.

Provides up to 100,000 impressions per plate.  Using our alcohol wash out plates. The Aqua 1 plates provide up to 25,000.

Alcohol or water wash-out.  Plates allow for flexible pad print production in any production environment.

Perfect for your most decorative applications.  If you do not have platemaking capabilities, MARKEM also offers imaging services for our photopolymer plates.
